The conference is open to all students in STEM and adjoining field of physics. Feel free to submit your abstracts in the interdisciplinary field in case you are in STEM and it doesn't match with any other tracks!
You don't need to present in order to participate, but scientific advocacy and sharing ideas is always respected and appreciated.
TC India members are eligible for a grant if they are presenting. Please contact organizers for more information if required.

The student lectures will be 10 to 12 minutes of presentation followed by a 3-5 minute question round from the audience and jury. In total, you will have 15 minutes long presentation.
The work presented by the participant should be original and backed by known scientific methods and literature.
In case your field is not physics but physics adjacent, do explain your motivation and relevance of your research in physics briefly during your presentation.
The poster presentation will be held on a single day and you have to get your posters. You may stand at your poster or roam around, that is completely up to you. We may or may not be able to provide tea or snacks during the poster session, but it is something we are working on!
We will be taking your presentations on a later date before the conference, but it would be convenient if you could also bring a copy of your presentation in a pen drive as well.
Finally, please respect the speaker and don't interrupt their flow while they are presenting, be respectful! Thank you.
The Abstract is to be submitted during registration process, kindly follow the format for the abstract submission, as given in the link here.
Kindly use the following format to name the PDF containing the abstract : Name_Track_AMPERE25.pdf
You may submit a poster for the conference, with the poster size being A0 in portrait orientation.
The Poster size [Width x Height] : [841mm (W) x 1189mm (H)] or [33.1 inches (W) x 46.8 inches (H)].
The OC is not liable for printing your poster. It is required that you bring your posters for presentation.
This will be held on the second day in GBU.
In case, there are multiple co-authors and more than 1 are interested in being a part of our event. Each person has to fill out the form and pay individually.
In the abstract, please make sure to underline the names of ALL presenting authors/co-authors.
You may present on stage as a group and have full liberty to allot time to each member, as long as the time taken by the group stays under the allotted time (10-12 minutes for presentation).
